Error 522 Ray id problem solution

I am also the user of Huawei E3121 data card. i m also get the same problem many time.its really irritating me lot. uninstall and install many of time problem is not solve. i went to customer care center but there is no technical person so they dont understand my problem and said to send to delhi head office. i m also not sure they can solve it or not because at the time of install the error is not showing after some using its occurs. so i came to home and want to found the solution.online customer care rply me but there is no solution.
why this problem in my view: mainly this problem occur for 2G Network where connection speed is little slow. so it cannot  connect to the Huawei server thats give the host Error 522 problem like that....

what is happend when the Error Occur : The Browser is running ok.you can browsing properly but but the browser and mobile partner takes a huge huge memory and Cpu uses, so the whole computer going to dam slow.. sometime browser is going to dam slow..its slow just because some of the software not working poperly thats why its take huge use of cpu and memory.

solution :
1) if you use 3G or 4G or good speed connection then the Error  will not happend.
2)  otherwise
    i) uninstall mobile partner.
   ii) through Ccleaner clear register Error(optional).
  iii) restart and install mobile partner.
  iv) now not minimize just cross/close the mobile partner software.
   v) go to the "network connection" place and double click on your 
       network service provider like(aircel,tata docomo, etc) and dial.
       OR
        start menu--> "connect to"---> chose your internet service 
        provider(aircel, tatadocomo, ect.)--->click on it and dial.
 vi) click/open your browser and enjoy..

Remember 
 each and everytime close the "mobile partner" software first when you want to connect to the network. through this process we just use the modem only dont want to connect the host.. simple no mobile partner running, no connection problem of host, no error.

how to go "network connection" places :
i) on the right below of the computer in the system tray you found two small computer icon double click it just.chose your internet
provider and dial..
ii) on start menu you find "my network places"
ii) start menu--> "connect to"---> chose your internet service 
        provider(aircel, tatadocomo, ect.)--->click on it and dial.
